When you build with Bill Clark Homes, our services don't end on closing day. Even after you move in, our customer care team is available to answer any questions regarding your warranty and assist in scheduling any necessary appointments. We provide a direct 1-year warranty on your new home. You also have a 10-year Maverick Builders warranty on structural issues that could arise.
