Bill Clark Homes of Raleigh first began building homes in the Triangle Area in 1991. Over their 18 year history, they have developed and built some of the most successful communities in the Raleigh, Durham and Cary areas. Division Manager, Don Fraley, Jr. began operating the Raleigh Division in 2008 with a firm commitment to continue and build upon this tradition of success.
Mr. Fraley began his career in the home building and real estate business after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1991. As a Triangle resident for over 25 years, he still lives in Raleigh with his wife, Brandon and two children, Madeleine and Tripp. Mr. Fraley has based his home building career on two main principles: “Take care of your customers" and "Build every home as if it were your own”.
