New Homes for Sale in North Carolina and South Carolina

Bill Clark Homes is introducing a new product in our Lake Forest Subdivision. There will be four floor plans available that reflect the new Mediterranean architectural design. These homes have the traditional Mediterranean rolled tile roofing with stucco, stone and bricking siding. The roofing was carefully selected to complement the existing concrete roofing that has been used throughout the Lake Forest project. Additional columns and fenestration has been added to reflect the Mediterranean feel we are looking for. Each of the floor plans are very open and complement our existing plans. The plans are designed to show off the lake views available in our Lake Forest subdivision.
