Bill Clark Homes in Havelock is a part of the Greenville Division. Bill Clark Homes has been building near Havelock since 2003. Lance Clark, Area Manager and youngest son of Bill Clark, has run the Greenville Division since 2005. Lance lives in Greenville with his wife, Missy and son, Elias. The Greenville Division has been in operation since the company began in 1977.
Lance Clark received a Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina in Wlimington (UNCW) and contributes more than 15 years of home building experience. Mr. Clark feels that quality and customer satisfaction are extremely important during the home building experience. His willingness to customize home plans to buyers needs sets Bill Clark Homes in the Havelock area heads above the competition.
