Bill Clark has been in the new home building industry since 1977. He has had his hand in more than 130 residential and commercial developments in North and South Carolina.

Mr Clark came to Greenville NC from Warren County in the fall of 1961 to attend East Carolina University. In 1968 he completed his master’s in business administration. He spent the next four years with Wachovia Mortgage Corp. in Winston-Salem, working as a loan officer in Greenville, Raleigh and Winston-Salem.

He returned home to Greenville NC in 1972 and built homes, apartments and commercial properties as the construction manager for Cherry Oaks Inc. and Lanco Inc., and then began Bill Clark Construction in 1977.

In over 30 years his company has grown to one of the largest family owned home construction firms. It has been in the top 100 builders for the past 5 years in builders magazine competing with publically traded companies.
