Our team at Bill Clark Homes takes so much pride in the work we do, building new homes for amazing families year after year. We also believe that having consistency within all of our departments adds value to our clients as they move through the building and customer care process with us. We have achieved this consistency by having members of our team across all departments and in all divisions who's tenure spans 1, 2, and even 3 decades with Bill Clark Homes. But they all had to start somewhere...

Our goal for any new employee as they begin their career with Bill Clark Homes, is that they find a home here where they can grow, hone their passions, and develop skills that make them unstoppable in our company and home building industry. As we see some of our original team make their way towards retirement, we have to invest in the newest members that are just getting started to ensure we continue at the highest standards of performance set before them. 

Meet Graceson Williams, one of the new faces in our Greenville division. With a background in IT and a passion for construction and learning new things, she jumped right into her new role in the estimating department. As Graceson's quest for knowledge expanded, she has accomplished many things in a very short time, such as passing the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam, earning her way into the doctoral program at Duke University, and participating in the development and implementation of a new centralized software system for Bill Clark Homes. 

As a result of all her hard work over the last year, she has garnered some serious hardware. Graceson was presented the following awards at the NAHB International Builders' Show this year in Las Vegas: 

• Top Scoring PM for Technology and Construction
• Best Small Project from PMI
• Honorable Mention for Large Project
• Person of the Year for the US (from Project Management Institute)
• Person of the Year North America for Lifetime Achievement

We are very proud of the accomplishments Graceson has achieved over the last year. We look forward to what she will bring to the Bill Clark Homes organization and how her contributions will impact our future successes!
