Even after you close on your New Home, Bill Clark Homes is still there.  We provide a direct 1 year warranty on your New Home.  And when you purchase a Bill Clark Home you also have a 10 year Bonded Builder warranty on on structural issues that could arise.

 1 year Warranty Information

Your Bill Clark Homes 1 year warranty will begin the day you close on your new home and will end a year from that closing date.  All 1 year warranty requests must be submitted in writing through proper warranty procedures, and should never be given to construction personnel or sales agents.  All warranty items are extremely important to us but sometimes scheduling may cause delays, so please allow 30-60 days for your 1 year warranty items to be scheduled.  However, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 48 business hours of submission.

 10 year Warranty Information

The warranty provides coverage for major structural defects that occur during the term of the warranty.

A “major structural defect” is defined as actual physical damage to designated load-bearing portions of the home. This damage must affect the load-bearing function to the extent that the home becomes unsafe, unsanitary or otherwise unlivable. The repair will include only the steps necessary to ensure that the home is restored to its approximate condition just prior to the defect, not “like new” condition.

Q:  I have a problem, what should I do?

A:  If you have an emergency, electrical failure, no heating or cooling, water leaks from plumbing or any other or security items like malfunctioning locks or garage doors please contact the vendor directly.  In addition please notify Bill Clark Homes.
If it is a non-emergency please click on the button at the top of this page and click on Submit Warranty Request and fill out the form.
Q:  Will someone come out at the end of my first year and do a check for warranty items?

A:  No, you will need to fill out a Submit Warranty Request form located at the top of this page.  Please keep in mind there is a limit of one year after closing for you to fill out the form.  Please allow 30-60 days for warranty requests to be handled on site in non-emergency situations.  Please allow 48 business hours for someone from our warranty department to contact you to setup an appointment.
Q:  How can I get a warranty request performed?

A:  All warranty request must be submitted thru our website using the Submit Warranty Request on the top of this page.  We cannot guarantee that request submitted by phone, email, regular mail or by speaking to a company representative will be addressed.
