Bill Clark

Bill Clark understands the importance of creating a home that families depend on every day. Bill Clark started his company in 1977 in Greenville, North Carolina. His reputation of excellence and affordability has allowed him to expand his company to many other cities throughout Eastern NC such as Raleigh, Wilmington, New Bern, and Ocean Isle Beach, NC as well as Myrtle Beach, SC. Bill Clark has been a new home builder for over 40 years.

Heath Clark

Heath Clark, one of Bill’s three sons, is the current General Manager of Bill Clark Homes of Wilmington. Heath’s many years of construction experience and a degree in Marketing from East Carolina University ensure that you will enjoy both the quality and the beauty of your new home. Heath resides in Wilmington with his wife and three daughters.

Lance Clark

Lance Clark, one of Bill’s three sons, grew up in the home building business. He joined the company in 1990 and worked in entry level positions to learn the home building business from the ground up. In 2000 Lance graduated with a degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He took the position of Area Manager over Greenville operations in 2005. His dedication to the customer is demonstrated by his willingness to customize plans, plan options and features in order to meet the individual taste and needs of the customer. Lance is a member of the Pitt County Home Builders Association as well as the Greenville Chamber of Commerce. Lance resides in Greenville with his wife and two sons.
