NC AAU Middle School State Tournament, February 26 in Southern Pines, NC, the following Buccaneers placed.

Josh Ward - 4th Place.

The Buccaneers placed 5th out of 29 Teams.  The team results were as follows
1st - Charlotte Pitt Bulls - 29 Points
2nd - Carlolina Comets - 12 Points
3rd - Sandhill Sandcats - 11 Points
3rd - Pinecrest - 11 Points
5th - Pitt County Buccaneers - 10 Points

The Destroyer Tournaemnt Feb. 12

A team tournament, the Buccaneers brought 10 wrestlers and had 3-1st and 3-2nd.

Wake County Tournament Feb. 5

Another large tournament, the Buccaneers brought 18 wrestlers to this tounrnament. We also had a couple of our youth wrestlers Drew Ferguston and Joseph Sly. I am looking forward to coaching these 2 for the next 7 years. They looked good. The Buccaneers results were as follows

New Bern JV/Junior High Tournaments Dec. 29

This tournament continues to grow with 171 wrestlers participating. The Bucs had a rough day losing 2 matches in overtime and we ran into some stiff competition. There were several 16 man brackets. Buccaneer's Results were as follows -
